Investigation of the Exosome-Based Drug Delivery System Potential in theTreatment of Glioblastoma in vitro Experimental Models

چکیده
In our study, it was aimed to create a new drug delivery system by loading the chemotherapeutic drugs into exosome vesicles. This act as Trojan horse targeting GBM cancer. Exosomes were isolated from T-98G cell line and characterized. encapsulated with Temozolomide. Then, effectiveness of this evaluated using MTT, LDH, TAC, TOS, GR. 
 MTT results show dose-dependent decrease in TMZ Exolimer+TMZ groups. But rate decreased significantly The lowest viability observed at 800 ng/ml concentration. Our GR, TAS TOS analyzes shows correlation MTT. Based on we think that cancer combining special molecules nanotechnology will bring perspective treatment.
